We have the honor to brig to your attention that our institution, Neamț National Museums Complex, is gathering material for the XXXVI issue of Memoria Antiquitatis.
Already knowing your area of expertise, we kindly ask for you to accept our invitation to collaborate to the body of this volume, by sending us an article / study / note or a book review, that complies with the topics related to archaeology, history, restauration and museology.

The review uses a peer-review system.
Taking into account the necessity to receive an index within the international database, foreign language contributions are most welcomed.
Materials forwarded to be published must abide to the following requirements.
The manuscript should contain a Word file (.doc, .docx, .rtf) with the text, as well as files corresponding to each table (.doc, .docx, .rtf) and to each image respectively (.jpg, .tif, .bmp). The optimal resolution for the illustration is 300 dpi for the black and white figures and 600 dpi for the colored ones. Tables and illustration are not to be integrated within the text.
The page format is A4 standard (297 x 210 mm), the page layout 247 x 160 mm and margins of 25 mm.
The article should be written in Romanian or a foreign languageto your disposal (French, English, and German) accompanied by key-words, abstract, references list and tables and illustrations lists. Abbreviations are not accepted.
The Main heading is to be written as follows: Times New Roman typeface, 15 - point, capitals, bold, centered, 1,5 line spacing.
Author(s) name(s) is/are to be written as follows: Times New Roman typeface, 12 - point, bold, right justify, 1,5line spacing. Those will be followed by: scientific title, institutional affiliation, e-mail address.
The number of key-words should be 5 to 10. General terms are not accepted. Key-words are to be written as follows: Times New Roman typeface, 10 - point, italics, left-right justify, aligned 15 mm, 1 line spacing.
The abstract should count 100-250 words, written as follows: Times New Roman typeface, 10 - point, italics, left-right justify, aligned 15 mm, 1 line spacing.
The text of the articles is to be written as follows: Times New Roman typeface, 12 - point, normal, left-right justify, aligned 15 mm, 1,5 line spacing. Subheadings of the article are to be hierarchically written as such: bold (example: 1.), bold-italic (example: 1.2., italics (example: 1.2.3.), normal (example: 1.2.3.4.). Quotations inserted in the text will be written in italics.
Bibliographic references inserted in the text, between brackets, are to be written chronologically, with normal case, as follows: (Dumitroaia, 1994, p. 23, tab. 1, fig. 3; Monahet alii, 2003, p. 33, 34, 40-45, tab. 2-4, fig. 6, 7, 9-11; Monah, Dumitroaia, 2007, p. 12, tab. 1, 2, fig. 3-5).
In certain cases, the author’s observation can be written as footnotes, numbered with Arabic numerals, as follows: Times New Roman typeface, 10 - point, normal, left-right justify, 1 line spacing.
The bibliographic list will be ordered alphabetically(depending on the authors) and also chronologically (depending on the year of publication of the works of the same author) as they are to be written as follows: Times New Roman typeface, 12 - point, left-right justify, aligned 15 mm, 1,5 line spacing. This will contain complete information regarding the used references, such as: author(s) (their name written in bold), the year of publication (written in bold and italics, between brackets), titles of the volumes, chapters, studies, collections and reviews (written in italics), the name of the publishing house, the place of appearance and the number of pages (in the case of the volumes), respectively the interval of the pages (in the case of the chapters from books and studies from reviews) (these are to be written with normal case).

The list of tables and illustration is to be written as follows: Times New Roman typeface, 12 - point, italics, left-right justify, aligned 15 mm, 1,5 line spacing. The tables and figures are to be numbered following the references in the text. Regarding the tables and figures taken from other authorsthe complete reference will be made to the respective bibliographic source, which will also be found in the list of the illustration, as follows: (apudDumitroaiaetalii, 2005, p. 30, fig. 3).
The responsibility for the originality and content of the articles, respectively for the linguistic quality of the translation lies entirely with the authors.
All articles will be reviewed by specialists from the country and abroad.
Failure by the authors to comply with the academic standards regarding the scientific quality of the content, the linguistic quality of the translations and the technical norm for writing studies will lead to the non-publication of the article.
